這是上帝給人類的第02個命令：Be fruitful and increase in number 生養眾多
英文翻譯是在「成效和數量上」增加，比較是從物質層面，
中文「生養眾多」，比較是從「人類」的層面來講。
經文：創世紀第1章28節 God blessed them and said to them, <<Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground.>>
神就賜福給他們，又對他們說：要生養眾多，遍滿地面，治理這地，也要管理海裏的魚、空中的鳥，和地上各樣動的活物。
「生養眾多」是指「生命的傳承」來說。
上帝要人類變「多」，當然不只是「量」，也是「質」，否則上帝就不會用「洪水」毀滅挪亞時代的人。
這個命令對我們來說，上帝希望我們每個人能把帶著「上帝形象和樣式」，用生命影響生命，用生命傳承生命。
默想的問題：
1. 你的生命是常常受到別人的影響，或是你都在受到別人影響？
2. 你的生命是「空虛混沌、淵面黑暗」，或是滿有「上帝的形像和樣式」呢？
3. 你願意聽從上帝的話，生養眾多，傳承上帝豐盛的生命嗎？
